How we protect your business's data and your customers' data on the Disglobal platform.
1. Encryption
Sensitive data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. Points of sale store transactions encrypted locally before syncing them to our servers.
2. Card data
Disglobal does not store full card numbers or security codes — that data is processed directly by the issuing bank or authorized processor, never by our servers.
3. Compliance
We operate under applicable PCI compliance standards for payment processing and under the oversight of the relevant Venezuelan regulatory bodies (SUDEBAN, BCV, SENIAT depending on the service).
4. Reporting a vulnerability
If you find a security vulnerability in our systems, report it responsibly to atencionalcliente@dis-global.com. We investigate every report we receive.
